Business Development Associate

Hibbert Financial Services Group, also known as HFS Group, is seeking motivated and professional Business Development Associates to help introduce prospective clients to our bookkeeping, payroll, advisory, and business support services.

This is a flexible, referral-based opportunity suited to individuals who already have access to a network of business owners, entrepreneurs, professionals, organizations, or individuals who may benefit from reliable financial and business support.

Role Overview

As an HFS Group Business Development Associate, your role is to identify and refer potential clients who may benefit from our services.

You may promote HFS Group through your existing professional network, business contacts, social media, email, word of mouth, networking events, or approved marketing materials.

This role does not require you to provide bookkeeping, accounting, payroll, tax, or advisory services. Your responsibility is to make appropriate introductions and refer prospective clients to HFS Group.

Services You May Refer

Business Development Associates may refer clients who need support with:

  • Bookkeeping

  • Payroll support

  • Invoicing and payments

  • Financial reporting

  • Business support services

  • Clean-up bookkeeping projects

  • Administrative and back-office support

  • Advisory and consulting services

Clients may be referred from any industry.

Commission Structure

Business Development Associates earn a flat commission of:

$5 per paid client hour billed

Commission is ongoing and is paid only after the referred client has paid HFS Group.

Important Requirements

All Business Development Associates must be approved by HFS Group and must sign a written agreement before referring clients.

Business Development Associates are expected to promote HFS Group honestly, professionally, and in line with our brand standards.

Business Development Associates may not make financial, tax, legal, accounting, income, savings, or business outcome guarantees on behalf of HFS Group.

Any use of HFS Group branding, logos, flyers, social media graphics, or paid advertisements using the HFS Group name must be approved by HFS Group before publication.
